Transcribeme.com is legit. A few of the buttons on the page are not labeled, but there are shortcut keys for that so it shouldn't be too bad as long as you're willing to get past the learning curve. Wish I could help more on this front but it's been forever since I worked for them and I've forgotten everything.

Not sure how accessible it is since I'm only VI not blind, but maybe Fiverr? I've seen some people offering transcription on there. Might not be ideal since you're very dependent on getting initial customers to boost your rating on the site but may be worth investigating for you. :)
