how to get NVDA to read command prompt pop ups. (self.Blind)

hey r/blind
on mobile FMF and all that jaz!
so do you know how to get NVDA to read the command prompt popups. for example you type
>del file path
the command prompt will ask you
>are you sure? Y/N
but NVDA does not read that popup after typing in the command.
please help.

Try pressing NVDA plus 5 to turn speak dynamic changes on.
