**WHAT IS THIS?**

This initially began after a couple people on r/aspergirls were talking about issues with finding accessible housing. It ended up taking a turn towards utopia and now it looks like we are about to start building a network of snoezelen-style villages with accessible food and housing and schools and work and culture for anyone who wants to join. There are a number of social constructs that some of us would like to abolish, such as ableism, sexism, capitalism, and all other forms of hierarchy. Others among us do not share all these views, and that's okay too.

At the root of this, we want to help one another achieve everything that they are capable of. A way that this can be achieved is through mutual aid networks. This sub is one of multiple communication platforms that we are using towards that purpose. The sub was just created recently, so there's not much here yet. Other platforms include our Google Docs group, our GoFundMe teams, and Signal encrypted messaging. We are looking into adding Slack to the options as well.

You are invited to participate in any, all, or none of these platforms. Your life is fully in your own hands, and we do not want you or anyone else to feel pressured into any activity that does not appeal to them. This is an entirely voluntary mutual aid network that has members in multiple countries and is just getting started in its growth.

Feel free to post anything that you would like to post here. If there is anything that you need or want, no matter how outlandish, please post it. Whether you need a bottle of water, help working through your traumas, or you want to blow up the moon, this is a place to ask and aid one another.

**MISSION STATEMENT**

Our mission is to create a diverse, accepting, and accessible global network of mutual aid so that one day we can all be as able as we are capable and achieve universal self-actualization. To create an environment of love and gratitude. To abolish hierarchy and build up all people towards power, healing and peace. To validate and care for one another. To increase communication, joy, and pleasure.

**A WORD ON BULLYING AND OTHER 'RULES'**

Please be kind to one another and assume good faith in one another. If you feel like someone is bullying you, please tell other people and ask them to help you out. If somebody else asks you for help, please help them if you can. Bullying is just not the right kind of thing to be spending time doing. If you are angry and you want to bully people, please give yourself some time to relax and do some self-care. Therapy is also helpful, for anyone who has been involved with or impacted by bullying. If you think that we need any rules other than this, please speak up and let's talk about it.
