Any guides or resources you can point us too to learn more about how to best use MailChimp? I tried it a few months back but quickly got frustrated and quit.

Groups.io is the most accessible, but if you like designs in your emails, charts and graphs and images and stuff, don't use it. It can work with RSS feeds, though, so if you have a blog, you can push that to your main group or sub group.
Mailchimp says they are accessible, but I stopped using them years ago. Groups.io works better for my needs.
