submitted by Nightgirl4646
Has anyone used this app and what is your expirience?

I have used it several times. One time I needed to know the expiration on some sour cream. One time to tell me if the socks were blue or black. Things like that. Always nice people.

Anyone ever used it with MoveIt? I saw that you could? If so, how does it work? Those who don’t know, MoveIt is a transit app.

Yes, works great, though the last few times I've used it it took a while to connect to a helper. The back camera is instantly activated and I make sure I'm ready to go with my question or with the task I'll need help with. All the helpers have been friendly, patient, descriptive, and of course helpful!

Yes. I have experience with Be My Eyes as well as Aira, which is a similar concept but with trained agents who are paid and have access to your location and other helpful bits of info. I would say that in many cases, be my eyes is really helpful and the people are generally very nice. If I were limited more by Aira minutes and had to use Be My Eyes as much as possible, the only times I would hesitate would be when traveling somewhere or trying to read something confidential like the code on the back of a credit card.

I used it a couple times and it's worked well. The people who are helping are always nice. I used it once to see how many vitamins was in a "serving" of my multi vitamin and once to identify an expiration date on something.

I have used it once when I lost my glasses and the experience was really great the lady on the other side helped me find it, it was so cool
