Give up,
We don't need special schools

Schools for the blind can be useful in certain circumstances, but education in mainstream schools have been shown to be superior in many ways.

The best school for the blind is called school for everyone.

I think integrated schools would probably be best. They can learn how to interact and move amongst their peers.

My only concern is that children can be cruel. I can’t imagine someone picking on a blind kid, but eh... an administrator or faculty should be able to handle that.

I’m not sure how I feel about schools for the visually impaired even though I pass one daily lol, unless you have an intellectual disability... then they should be fine in a “regular school”.

All schools should be able to accommodate this.

If you’re in the US, each state has a school for the Blind. You can start by learning what they already do.
