When I was in high school we would meet up at a certain spot. If my friends did decided to not meet there they would text me where they were or come get me.

My mum and I whistle to find each other in busy places, and now my partner does it too. We settled on a two tone descending whistle so it would be quick but distinct.

Only trouble we had was when some random dude started whistling too and I went to him instead of my partner. Gave us all a chuckle when he finally understood.

This gave me such anxiety and the thought of meeting people at restaurants or bars still does. Sorry, I don’t have a good answer... except maybe walk in with them or just learn where they usually are. Or try to ask someone to help you find them.

If you can't see them, you can't find them. They have to find you. You could agree to meet at a particular place every day if you can't find a vacant seat yourself, or if you can find a vacant seat, they should look for you.

Only way is to yell for them, or maybe text if u want/can
