Honestly, I’m not sure what answers you’re looking for here. A lot of people have discussed with you that at the limitations of using large print and your remaining vision, there’s no magic trick to make things better that your teachers and doctors don’t know about.

Adding on text to speech, screen readers, audiobooks, etc are the reasonable options when you are severely limited in your ability to read large print. Learning Braille is perhaps a reasonable option.

Those are things you need to talk to your parent and teachers about and come up with a long term plan for using. We can’t tell you what the right decisions are going forward or what the process is for you, but we can tell you there’s no secret that makes it easy to read large amounts of print when you have a significant visual impairment. Using non-visual methods like audio at least some of the time is probably the next step.

No matter how many times you ask the same question on Reddit (or any other Internet forum for that matter), you are never going to receive a magical response—the best you're going to get is the advice that you seem to be choosing to ignore. We're people who have been through what you're encountering, and we're offering advice to make it easier for you. If you don't intend to follow our advice, there is little point in asking for it.

Sorry for reposting an incidence happened yesterday and I wanted to know what I did was the correct thing

I sat a 3 hour computer exam and my eyes were shaking really badly towards the end I finished it and I was told by my ta to rest I sat in a dark room for 20 minutes with my eyes closed and then my ta took me to first aid an even quieter space were nobody was and I layed down for half an hour and closed my eyes and then I got ice to relieve eye strain

Is this the correct thing I could have done or is there anything else I can do when my eyes start shaking and get sore?

This is physical torture. Let those words sink in for a second. You should not have to undergo such strain. It is extremely inadvisable if you want to continue to have vision into the future. It is imperative that you discuss alternate ways to complete your exams such as using audio so that you can avoid this strain. Past a certain point (and it seems that you have long passed this point), there are better ways of accomplishing tasks than using vision that is inadequate. This problem isn't going to improve itself; you, your parents and your school need to have an urgent discussion to see how this can be improved for the future.

I couldn't even enlarge the damm test because it would mess up the test and my teaching assistant wasn't allowed to read questions to me

I had two 10 page comprehensions and a timed math section these tests were ability in maths and English

Glad this wasn't GCSE

My ta went to the vice principal and said my marks don't reflect me

In the next discussion before GCSE my parents are going to bring this up

Any other things I could do to relieve eye strain and shaking in school?

You need to get systems in place like having a human reader or using a screen reader so you can do really well in the GCSE. If you can't perform well in exams, you won't be able to go to university, and if you don't go to university, there will be less jobs available to you, so you need to be very proactive about improving your access to tests and exams. Do not settle for "adequate"; just like every other student, you should have no difficulty interpreting the questions of the exam.

I just PMd you, but for everyone else's benefit, I said:

I'm not really sure what to think about this repeated asking of similar questions, or situations. It might be harsh to say it's trolling, but it's definitely not good. If nothing else, it's attention seeking behavior. I can get where that's coming from, even if I can't understand the struggles of losing ones' site - as what vision I do have has remained stable. There is no insta-fix for this, you need to advocate for yourself and get the things you need. If reading print isn't working, then talk to the right people and get the books in a medium you can work with, braille, audio, DAISY text or text/audio, or whatever.
