Hello, everyone. Thank you, mods, for allowing me to post here.
I am a Ph.D. student at the University of Michigan School of Information. I am conducting a paid research study in San Francisco during June and July about Web accessibility. I am seeking participants who are:
* 18 years of age or older
* Visually impaired users of screen readers
* Frequent users of the Internet on either desktop or laptop computers
* Local to the Bay Area

This study will take place at the Smith-Kettlewell Eye Research Institute in San Francisco, California. Participants will be asked to complete a task using a website that complies standards for Web accessibility. An investigator will observe while participants complete this task. Afterwards, participants will be asked to describe the experience of completing the task. The study will take about one hour to complete. All participants will receive $20 for their participation.

If you are interested in participating in this study or have any questions, please contact me, Josh Guberman, by private message or by email (
$1). You may also contact Dr. Sile O'Modhrain (Principal Investigator) at
