May I suggest active disk image? I use this beast myself and it works like a charm.

copy paste on windows. Arq or Carbon Copy Cloner on Mac. Mac has way more accessible options.

I really am not sure whether Macrium Reflect is accessible with a screen reader because I set it up before I started using a reader, but I recommend checking it out as the free option is great and all you would need for personal use.
