Well, if you have a computer at home, then yes. You can test websites anywhere if you have access to the web...

The main issue though is your ability to properly write up issues and bugs, draft remediation and usability expectations, plus talk to both designers and engineers alike so they have enough info to get on with fixing anything you bring up.

That’s not exactly what I mean, i know I can test sites from anywhere.

I mean are there any accessible websites that will allow me to test websites for screen reader accessibility?

If you are looking for a specific company that does accessibility testing and you want to do remote work for them, there are a few out there but I'm only familiar with ones here in the United States. I figure you could search for UK website accessibility testing and go from there.
