Where do you feel you consciousness is located in your body? (self.Blind)
submitted by ZacVad
For me and I’m guess for most people who aren’t blind feel the consciousness is around the back of their eyes. I’m unsure if we feel that way because of our sight or other reasons.

There's actually a paper about this for those interested.

Merker, B. (2010). Nested ontology and causal options: A paradigm for consciousness.

My consciousness is my thoughts and perceptions. I guess the intangible mind in the brain is what I think of when I perceive consciousness.

I think it's all around me really but most centrally located in my belly, like below my ribcage.

Personally I believe it’s energy and that it surrounds me and is part of me.
