Getting annoyed about inaccessible apps is one thing. Like, really you couldn't make your text-based app with a few menu accessible? *coughTelegram. But this is a whole freaking game. This is the last thing I would expect to be accessible and yet here is a studio actively working on it. If the dev says they're working on it and it's taking longer than expected maybe don't be a whiny bitch about it. Like it or not, and I very much don't like it, the majority of devs don't give a shit about accessibility. It's nice to have at least someone who cares. I get grumpy AF when I found an inaccessible app and sometimes a 1-star review is the only way to get the developer to listen. FUnnily enough it's usually the giant devs that are guilty of not listening. It's not always the right way, especially when the developer is literally telling people they're working on it.

I probably sound like a hypocrite in the last parahgraph, but damn someone is actually telling people they're working on it and they're still getting pissy.

Thanks for posting this. I didn't know anyone was working on a 3D game with accessibility baked in. Here's hoping the developer continues despite the bad reviews.

I think more info is needed. If they said 'this will be accsessable at launch' and it isn't then yeah you will get bad reviews. Same way if you said it would have online play or any other component that was subsequently missing.

Games specifically tend to have really big problems with over promising and under delivering. It upsets people no end and fairly often those missing features are never implemented, regardless of how the community reacts.

I mean if you bought a bath that didn't have taps but said it would and due to that you can't have a bath you should give it a 1 star review. You didn't get what you where told you would get, a maybe promise of getting the taps mailed to you in 3 weeks isn't going to change that review much.

While they are correct most games who don't say they will be accsessable don't get review bombed for not being accsessable but if you buy a bath without taps that never claimed to have taps and showed you a picture of it with none you aren't going to be as upset when it shows up without them. Broken promises is generally the issue here not so much what feature was missing. The games industry is under a lot of heat for basically making stuff up.
