I’ve been blind in my right eye since I was born. Would it then be possible for my right ear to be slightly better with hearing than my left? (self.Blind)

Not necessarily. I'm blind in my left eye, and when I was in my 20s my left ear had better hearing than my right. Now at 54, my right ear is better and my left ear has a mild loss.

If you want to compare you hearing levels, get them tested by an audiologist. Keep the audiograms to compare them over time.

Interesting, I could look into it, thank you!

It can be possible, but that would not necessarily be related to vision loss (one side may have a hearing problem, processing issues, etc).
