I’ve been blind in my right eye since I was born. Would it then be possible for my right ear to be slightly better with hearing than my left?(self.Blind)

Not necessarily. I'm blind in my left eye, and when I was in my 20s my left ear had better hearing than my right. Now at 54, my right ear is better and my left ear has a mild loss.
If you want to compare you hearing levels, get them tested by an audiologist. Keep the audiograms to compare them over time.

Interesting, I could look into it, thank you!

It can be possible, but that would not necessarily be related to vision loss (one side may have a hearing problem, processing issues, etc).
