I have zero knowledge of this exact course, but I worked as a mobility specialist for Leader Dogs for the Blind in the states for a little while. They have a one week course in which you work one on one with mobility specialist all week in order to refine your travel skills. Some people take the class so that they can improve their skills enough to get a dog. Others just want to learn more. It was basically a crash course in mobility.
