It would be nice if you would describe what the watch looks like and how it works because this is a sub specifically for blind and visually impaired people.

ETA: I was hoping OP would see this and explain it instead of being a karma whore

It's a Bradley Watch. Instead of hands, it uses two metal ball bearings. Unsure if it is some kind of knock-off, the first few seconds of video appear to be the original one, but the later pieces are not familiar.

From their website: "the titanium face has no cover meaning the wearer can touch the raised batons and use these in tandem with a ball on the front to tell the minutes and a side ball for marking the hours."

They are very aesthetically pleasing imo. And the design is pretty nifty and a good conversation starter. I knew a guy who had one and I had to ask about how it worked.

Or voiceover can tell them the time on their phones for free...

Designed for blind people.
You know what blind people love? A video that has no narration to tell them about the product trying to be sold.
What a joke.

it is exactly like a bradley watch, I'm sure it is made of cheaper materials as it is 60 dollars

Nice video without any descriptions. Asshole.

It looks exactly like the Eone Bradley watch, which has been around for a few years and is already popular with blind people.

So what the heck is Zalsach? Did they rebrand? Is this a knockoff of the same idea? I can't figure it out.

The first few seconds are the same watch, but the later ones have weird designs (some which would be difficult for someone with vision loss to use). Likely knock-offs. would be curious if they are also waterproof.

Just heard back from Eone. These are definitely illegal knock-offs.
KillerLag 1 points 4y ago
I kind of guessed that. The one with the roman numerals was a big giveaway, because those are horrifically designed for someone with vision loss. And the one with the wooden dial in the middle as well, because there is no markings at all, so it would be exceedingly difficult to tell the difference between 4 and 5 o'clock.

Actually these watches are meant to be read by touch, not by sight.

It's probably a different company selling the watches from the factories third shift. It's been possible to buy the Bradley without The branding for a while now for quite a lot less money. Whether they're rejects or being manufactured without the knowledge of Bradley, possibly in violation of a contract, it's hard to say.
