[QUESTION] Is RNIB Library only for UK citizens? (self.Blind)

Can a qualified American citizen sign up and download audiobooks through RNIB Library?

I'm not sure. I can't see in their requirements anything about region or location! Best sending them an email and ask $1

I don't know, but I'm assuming you can't find what you're looking for from the NLS or Bookshare?

No, the audiobook I want is not in the NLS, BARD or the Bookshare database. It's only available in the RNIB library database. I checked.

What audio book is it, I could always see if my Centre for Equitable Library Access, Canada has it.

Centre for Equitable Library Access, Canada has it. They won't loan it to US citizens. I talked to them on the phone. They said they only loan to Canadian citizens with a Canadian library card.
