I just got an amateur radio license a month or so ago. I'd like to buy a "real" radio (not a cheap Chinese walkie-talkie). Here are my requirements:
1. I'm more interested in getting on as much of the spectrum as possible on as many modes as possible rather than having fancy features I'll never use. 2. I want something that can be controlled remotely. 3. I'm interested in CW and digital modes 4. I'd like it to be as accessible as possible out of the box. I know some base stations have some minimal voice feedback. 5. I don't care about fancy touchscreens, especially if I can get the same scope view when operating remotely

I’m not so sure about base stations, as I mostly use a cheap Baofeng. You might try posting over on r/amateurradio for morespecialized assistance.
