Would a braille display still show the special letters in Esperanto like ĝ, ŝ, ĵ, etc even if the braille display doesn't specifically support the Esperanto language? (self.Blind)

It would be the software on the computer that drives the braille display. If the computer supports Esperanto, it should display it. But it may also depend on the age of the braille display and if it has updated drivers. When in doubt, easiest to send an e-mail to the company that makes the display to check.
