Maybe not what you’re looking for but if you use an iphone i would recommend an Apple Watch. You dont have to get the newest one. The Apple Watch has an app called Breathe where it’ll remind you to do deep breathing techniques. If you would like, i can see if i can change the reminder time to every 20 seconds?edit: I misread the title but i guess kill 2 birds with 1 stone? The watch can vibrate the time but not every 20 seconds, but you can probably set an alarm for that.

We can install all sorts of timer apps. I use a minimalistic app called Periodic Timer for iOS, unless it's android that you need.
PS: your username is Cosmic Bunny, which I am using on most of the sites I visit. Does 97 mean your bday year?

Oh nice. I don’t mind the stock iOS timer app personally, but i havent played with it too much on my Apple Watch.
That’s pretty neat hehe. And yeah, I was born in 1997 *I know my age is wrong in my profile but I can’t be bothered using desktop reddit with VoiceOver on my Mac lol. I’ll change it eventually).

I don't think it's feasible because vibration uses a lot of energy compared to timekeeping, so it would lose its charge within a single day.

I searched around for sometime and found a watch called the DotWatch, it displays the time with Braille dots on its screen. It has its own timers and stopwatches and everything a watch should have. It can be connected to your smartphone to vibrate when someone calls, and their name can be read on the watch screen, and the call can be declined from the watch. The app for this watch is available for setting timers and snooze. Since this watch can be made to vibrate using a phone app, I think it's highly possible to set up an app to do it. There are awesome apps out there which vibrate your phone at regular intervals, but if a watch is what you need, go for this. And ofcourse, there is Apple Watch too.
Link to their site which describes their watch is given next: https://www.dotincorp.com/

I set a HIIT timer on my phone to do 20 minute intervals. I imagine a smart watch would do that for you.
