I doubt it, but I'm curious: can legally/fully blind people have photosensitive epilepsy?(self.Blind)

Yes. Legal blindness starts at 20/200, which is enough to read large print. That doesn't stop epilepsy. Vision loss is a spectrum, so the source of light and how much they would see would matter for the photo sensitivity.

Someone who is totally blind could still potentially have a light induced seizure. There are a lot of ways to go blind and very few of them stop light from going through the eye. It depends on the mechanism that causes the seizures and the cause of blindness. A lot of people who are blind have issues with photosensitivity for sure.

Yes, one of my friends is totally blind. He had some vision ( 20/400 I think) he had photophobia (extreme light sensitivity) and epilepsy. He had his eys surgically removed when he was 15 because of the headaches and seizures as a result. He doesnt even miss seeing what he could
