Ok let's take the things you listed and I will do my best to write what I know.
Colours: I know light and dark but beyond that I still think that colours are a mystery. I have heard the best analogy is colours described as textures, so I often try and place them on that sort of a scale with darker colours being rougher textures to my mind. If you asked me a colour I could tell you where it fits into the rainbow, or I could try to think up literary associations, but that's about it.
Art: I have a few tactile pieces of art, including an abstract painting done in the puffy paint with really pronounced lines and swirls. I once went to the Louvre museum in Paris, and they have a room specifically designed for the blind where they have miniatures of sculptures so instead of just being able to feel the lower portion you can get a better idea of what the material of the sculpture is and what it represents. I know a little of art history and movements, (and since I am Canadian I have heard of the group of 7 famous Canadian painters) but I cannot say I have a favourite piece of art (whereas I can say I have favourite songs, favourite plays and movies, favourite novels and poems)
Beauty and Ugliness: A proverb I heard said to me by a few of my wise adult mentours is that since I am blind I don't have to concern myself with peoples outward appearance and can judge them all on their personality. Therefore I paint the people I strongly dislike as ugly, the people who I love as beautiful and most of the world as nice. Everyone is beautiful until proven otherwise. I know that there is also such a thing as sexual beauty, though not having been in many relationships and none of them very physical I have yet to make up my mind on what my standards are there, yet as above I think that personality clicking and meshing with mine will come before any beauty considerations.
