iPhone invert colors users, have you found a keyboard color that helps? (self.Blind)

I rely greatly on the invert color feature. The dark mode addition to iOS has been helpful in some apps, but in most when I’m inverted, the site or app is black but the keyboard is white, bright and difficult to use. I know there are apps that you can get custom keyboards that have different colors. Has anyone found one to help with this? It would save a lot of time triple clicking to switch back and forth between inverted and normal. Thanks!

Try Classic Invert instead of Smart Invert. If you use Smart Invert all the time, you could triple-click the Home Button to toggle Classic Invert.

I’m on iPhone 11 Pro so no home button. I tried Smart Invert but it didn’t help as much as Classic so I switched back. Classic with a keyboard that helps would be ideal

Then you triple-click the side button instead of the home button.

I don't understand why the keyboard is a problem with Classic Invert.

Yeah I use the side button to toggle classic on and off. It has to do with the color and brightness which my vision struggles with. When inverted, the normally black keyboard pop up is bright white

I also have the same issue as you're experiencing but have never thought of trying out a new keyboard. Please keep us updated if you find something that works for you.

Have you used Flicktype? It's black on white with slightly larger, bold letters. It costs a little, but you can try it in app free before buying. There is a little learning curve because it uses some gestures, but I like it.

The only ones I'm seeing in the App Store are for the Apple Watch interface, is there one specific to iPhones?

iOS 13.3.1 was just released which has significant improvements to Smart Invert. You should try it and see if it helps.
