Going blind in one eye and don't know what to do(self.Blind)
submitted by ChronicallyKaci
My left eye started with looking like everything is rusty grayscale. Now it barely sees anything. I have to have things brighter to barely see anything then the other eye. I went to an optometrist and they said it wasn't anything physically wrong with the eye. That's where things ended. No referral, no information, no next step... what do I do? Who do I talk to for further information?

See another doctor if you can

I agree, get a second opinion. If nothing is physically wrong with your eye, it could be something else causing the vision problems, neurological or high blood-sugar, for examples. You could go to your health doctor for that second opinion.

Actually my nest partner actually reminded me as I told about this saying I do have a neurologist appointment coming up

Next time, as for referrals to a retinal specalist and a neurologist. At least those are real starting places for this.
