It sucks you are going through this. Have you started the process for getting money through the disability system? (Depends on where you are, but the process is generally a pain in the ass and can take a while).
Did you get any training to help with employment? It is difficult no matter the circumstances, but it can be useful to know what resources can help.

Yeah I’m practically an expert on our welfare system after 10 months of fighting them to get my full rate.
There’s no organisations that can help. I’ve tried them all, for multiple years. There’s horrific underfunding of these services. My country’s blind organisation doesn’t even help with employment - they basically just run bingo nights for pensioners.

Unfortunately, that is quite common around the world. May I ask what country? There may be third party options as well, although funding has been pretty poor all around.

I wouldnt say I was vastly wealthy also I do well. I was in poverty my family arent that ambitious. I am very hard working. And study hard. After 2 years I managed to save £300. And while I saved hard I studied 3 hours a day in stocks and stock markets. I started of with stock options. In a day on my first very careful and well thought out plan my £300 turned into £2400.
My current trades active right now I'm £6000 that's huge. What I'm trying to say, is dont despair yet. Relax let go of your worries. And take things thought by thought. To plan for peace plan for war. This is my saying I interpret is if you want to earn wealth plan to get very dirty. I mean if I did it. You can. I mean I only passed 2 high school tests. With all those qualification you have I'm sure you can think and plan. But first to succeed you need to let go of your worries. Once you let go you'll feel much better and with a stronger moral for success. Good luck!!

Let me try and put some things into perspective for you: a good majority of my friends, many of whom are able-bodied and in their mid-20s, make less than 30k per year. A small minority of my friends also make more than 50k per year (one of which has no functional vision). The only thing separating a person who is living in poverty to a person who is not living in poverty is having a marketable skill—literally, that is it. While having a visual impairment makes it that much more difficult, getting a job absolutely comes down to being able to do something people are willing to pay for. And it is, like you said, capitalistic.

What's your skillset?

Can you sell some things to get a bit of cash?
From what I understand, you’re working on getting money from the government, keep at it and at the end of it, hopefully you’ll have something in your bank each month.
