The part where the AD says "in subway station" is actually Liverpool Street station, which is a normal surface rail station, with an accompanying tube (subway, americans) station underneath. I go through that station several times a week. And if that guy told me that it quote wasn't my choice, he would be looking for his left arm after I ripped it off and beat him senseless with it. Seriously, screw their policy. Their policy is not enforceable by law, the equality act 2010 is, they can argue in court if they want.
