Has anyone partcipated in the Randolph Sheppard Program? (self.Blind)

I just learned about this federal program yesterday. It trains people with blindness (and hopefully VI) to operate vending machines in federal properties. My current career is very visual and stressful, so this sounds like a great program to participate in.
This nonprofit website is run by volunteers.
