It’ll be very hard but doable depending on your spectrum of blindness. The learning curve in league is insane took me like a year to get comfortable.

Lol has a ton of particle effects and mouse tracking you’ll need to be able to keep up with. Which I feel are buzzkills for people like us. It becomes so easy to lose track of things on screen when you play.

Obviously the game has audio cues for everything so you can get the gist of the action albeit it’s a bit slow(by time you hear the cues it’s nearly too late to dodge).

If you can play something like Starcraft or Diablo (on crack) then you can play league.

It’s a free game can’t hurt to try, aram or bot games are my go to since they aren’t stressful or important enough to have ragers in game.

Fair warning, it’s truly an addicting game.

No chance. It’s a very visual game and theres no ways to get around the difficulties with the UI. People dont have the blind in mind when they design these games. But if they keep pestering you tell them to tape their eyes shut and play it for half an hour so they understand better how sighted the game is.

Sadly, in lol vision its mostly fundamental in the game, not even the low elo players can't see some obvious things like the map.
But don't worry it's a cancerous game where you get addicted, make you mad but at the same time you want to play more.
I lost more than 10k hours (in 8 years) on that shit and i dont even want to know how much vision i lost cause of gaming so much.

The only way i see someone blind playing lol would be with a support champion who is a cat who gets attached to an ally and becomes invulnerable untill the ally dies or you want to get to someone else, but still i dont know how you would find the ally to click, ask your friends about it, maybe with someone who can do some clicks for you time by time you can play him easily.
Honestly i dont know how a computer for blind people works but i hope my reply it's useful somehow.
