For visually impaired people living in the West Midlands, Bristol or Liverpool regions of England (self.Blind)

The Birmingham site loss council along with others in Bristol and Liverpool have created a survey to figure out which issues are most important to visually impaired people in Britain. Completing the survey will put you in a prize draw where you could potentially win a £50 voucher, and they want as many VI people as possible so please share.
