I haven't consistently used windows in like 2 years now but the site always worked fine for me. I would imagine whatever browser you use would work. I used jaws with explorer back in the day and well with standard use of html commands for headings and so on (H for heading, u for unvisited link and such) you should be fine. I don't think there are actually any windows clients that you can download and use anyway.
