You need to build your app appropriately to work with VoiceOver, not just ignore the already functional assistive tech and try to do everything with voice. You have images all over your app which need to be hidden from VoiceOver. Don't assume that blind users will just turn off VoiceOver to use your app.
Your settings view is full of unhidden images and actually causes a cursor trap/loop. I am unable to cleanly move the VoiceOver cursor through all the controls since it gets stuck on the show hints control. Is there any supplemental learning with your app? Any actual education other than just asking questions and getting them wrong until you get them right?
Don't only rely on voice, build in functionality so people can use VO to interact with answer buttons to complete the quizzes if they aren't in a place where they can use their voice.
