Okay I'm going to play the asshole here, as I often do with surveys and solicitations on this sub.

You included absolutely no info in your post or on the survey page about who you are, who you represent, what research this survey is contributing to, and what your goal is in collecting this info. Let's pretend you did for a moment. Why does this survey exist? Why are you specifically soliciting responses from blind people? If all you want to know is how our experiences may differ to sighted people out of curiosity, then that would have been fine as a simple question. Personally, I use a streaming service, as do many other blind and sighted people. There's not a whole lot of infomration to be gleamed off of a question like that when directed at such a small group. A better question would be to ask how we use those streaming services. The answer to which can be found in our pinned thread about how blind people use reddit. That same screen reading software can be used for all sorts of applications, music listening being one of them.

I was tempted to write up a snarky response, but I figured this would be more helpful instead. If you want to ask simple questions, check out our pinned threads first or do a websearch if you're feeling adventurous. If the answer isn't there, feel free to ask about it here. Putting it into survey form when it doesn't need to be adds unnecessary barriers to the question; giving absolutely no info about the survey also makes you about as irritating as a telemarketer.

Btw, you missed out the resurgence of analogue media like vinyl and tape in your third question.
