Samsum J7 with Talkback Issue - Requesting Help (self.Blind)

I have the J 7 with Talkback. I have not been able to use the shift key on the screen's keyboard. The up arrow is there, but the screen reader is not recognizing when I slide my finger over the key. What is the trick I'm missing?

What keyboard are you using? This up arrow that you're talking about, does talkback call it an up arrow? Does it say anything or make any noise when you touch it?
If you're not using it already, I recommend you install gboard and use that instead.

Hi, I'm using the standard screen keyboard that pops out by default. I can't do any changes because I cannot enter my Google password because I need capital letters. The shift is represented by an image of an up arrow. I received visual confirmation that the key is there, but I cannot trigger it.
