Looking for Braille converter (RTFC) (self.Blind)

Hi everyone,
my mother is a teacher for blind children and she is looking for a program that converts whole documents to braille, mainly in German. She lost her old version of \[RTFC\]($1) on her old computer and now it costs a bunch of money.
I would really like to help her so if you have any tip on how to get RTFC for free again or a similar program, I would appreciate a comment or pm!

If you're looking for something free, you could try $1. Not sure if it's available in German though, although it uses a well-known, well-developed braille engine called Liblouis in the backend, so it should at least support the correct braille tables.

Sendtobraille - hosted at APH - does english by default but you change to a German table I'd imagine.
