I have a PS4. I only play Mortal Kombat. It's playable and I cannot see anything, it took me a while to memorize the menus which were being read to me by a friend.
It kind of sucks that the vidio did not provide a demo of a game being played.
The adaptive controlor is more so for people with physical disabilities, a blind person would do just fine with a normal controler.

i only play Dissidia Final Fantasy, the PSP version, emulated onPC, Mac, and iOS. No other game, even Mortal Kombat, can stand up to how fun and enjoyable it is, definitely no audio or text game.
