I haven't heard of many blind people in the Middle East being employed because of the belief in Islam that people with disabilities should be cared for. However, I think you would be most likely to find employment in Dubai because it's somewhat more progressive than other countries in the region. If I were you, I would look for jobs in the US/Canada, Europe or Australia/New Zealand.
