Question about orbit 40 and when (self.Blind)

Does anyone know if orbit research is on track with developing their orbit 40? Or not? They said by the end of June hopefully....... well, because of this whole covid19 thing does anyone know if they were still working on it or have they delayed the production of this stuff? I want one and am curious if they are on track if not I rather get kurtzweil first and then wait for august to get my unit. It would be very nice if they were. But..... not sure yet.

Orbit Research has historically never been reliable with timelines, and who knows how COVID-19 has affected things.

I have no firm answers, but I heard an interview from the CSUN Assistive Technology Expo in which a representative explained that they learned their lesson after the original Orbit 20 launch and were better prepared. I just ordered the Orbit 20 Plus this evening, so we will see if I receive it in a timely manner.

When I ordred mine I’ve always gotten them in a timely manner so yeah. Going to do the upgrade program and send in one of my two orbit reader 20s I also want a orbit reader 40 when it comes out have the money for it and did the preorder.
