Weird bug when using Zoom with NVDA (self.Blind)

Hi.
So as all of you know by now, due to COVID19, more and more people have started using Zoom. My blind services agency is one of these groups, and I'll say now that I can use Zoom. However, whenever someone joins the meeting, it just says slash has joined the meeting. Any ideas as to why this is?

Zoom isn't providing a tag for it. So the response is slash (empty) name.

The weird thing though is it used to work, but then it stopped a couple weeks ago
