What are the best Countries for a visually impaired person where there is very little discrimination when it comes to looking for work and has excellent public transport? (self.Blind)

Good public transportation can vary from city to city, and even within the city itself. Most of my city has good public transit, but there are some sections where a bus comes by once every half hour.
