Checking to see if blind person is still alive (self.Blind)

I had a friend who was a blind guy who was feeling suicidal. I know sometimes he would go on this sub. He doesn't answer his phone anymore, and he changed Reddit accounts, so I have no way of contacting him.
We had a falling out, and he insulted me quite badly, but I still wonder if he's okay.

Well, I've known a shocking number of blind people and only ever known one Shaf. I have no way to contact him either, but whether it's this one or another, I hope he's alright. Maybe someone here will have a way.

Ya, it's not a common name, and if it's who you are also thinking of he posted on Twitter a few hours ago. Don't want to link, but it's easily searchable. That is, if this is the same person.

That's really difficult to find this out online. Can you please state the reasons why he was suicidal which would narrow down results.
I also want you to know that it's not your fault if he's not alive as you don't have any control over someone's mind.

I know it's not my fault but that doesn't mean I don't care about whether he's alive or not.
There were many reasons relating to his personal life.. I don't think there was just one reason.

You should report to police it might save him.

This was months ago.. if there was some way to get someone to check up on him I would do it. I think calling the police might cause needless stress, but I'll keep it in mind.
