If I were you, I'd warn people that text like "image" or "screenshot" by it's self is part of the test.
I had assumed it was an issue with my browser/screen reader/the page it's self when I got two of those in a row, not thinking that something so obviously useless would be included when all those followup questions were attached to each tweat.
I'm also not sure how I should have answered to questions like "was there missing information?" or "did the image match the tweat?" when no info was given. I answered neither agree nor disagree in that case my self.
Also, I'm guessing that you are aware that Chrome, some screen readers, and many social media platforms them selves already have some level of picture recognition built in right? I assume that your tool is a third party integration for those platforms, to either act as a full recognition solution or augment/replace the existing ones.
