If I were you, I'd warn people that text like "image" or "screenshot" by it's self is part of the test.
I had assumed it was an issue with my browser/screen reader/the page it's self when I got two of those in a row, not thinking that something so obviously useless would be included when all those followup questions were attached to each tweat.
I'm also not sure how I should have answered to questions like "was there missing information?" or "did the image match the tweat?" when no info was given. I answered neither agree nor disagree in that case my self.

Also, I'm guessing that you are aware that Chrome, some screen readers, and many social media platforms them selves already have some level of picture recognition built in right? I assume that your tool is a third party integration for those platforms, to either act as a full recognition solution or augment/replace the existing ones.

Thank you for the suggestions. Some of these labels were indeed outputs of existing image captioning systems or the provided alt text by the user/platform itself. We do understand that some of the questions don't really make sense in these contexts but had to make the questions consistent across the study. Thanks again!

How does your study define visual impairment?

There are options for different levels of vision impairment, just like most other surveys of visually impaired people.
