Hi, On the Reddit app, using Voiceover on an Iphone, I can't click any of the buttons on the post tab (e.g. text, link, video, etc). This means that I can't post on the reddit IOS app. Does anyone helse have this problem and if so, what can we do about it?

Yep, the Reddit app is definitely not built with accessibility in mind. I'd recommend a fellow commenter and sign up for the beta of Dystopia for Reddit. It's also supposed to be on the app store relatively soon.

The Reddit iOS app is awful in terms of accessibility with VO. I am using Apollo right now which is much better, however, even though I paid for the subscription and turned on notifications after logging in, I have not received a single notification from Apollo in three days. Sorry, I know I'm drifting off topic here a little bit.
So what I'm doing for now is leaving the crappy Reddit app installed just to get it's notifications.
Perhaps I'll try that bacon reader app. I mean bacon is awesome so I'm assuming this app will be awesome too...

I do not have visual impairments but I do suggest staying far away from the official reddit app. Other apps have options like disabling advertisements, "sponsored links".
I suggest just going through the app store and testing various different apps to see which one is the best for you personally, perhaps starting with Baconreader or Apollo as others in this thread have suggested. I personally use Apollo on my iPad.
But stay far far away from the official reddit app.

I just joined Reddit a few weeks ago and went through the same issues with the Reddit app. Either switch to using bacon reader or Apollo from the App Store or download an app called test flight which will allow you to download another app called dystopia. I filed a report through the main Reddit app and then switched to using one of the third party ones since the original Reddit app is so terrible.

I tested this. I don’t have this issue. When you first click the “post” button, VoiceOver automatically jumps to the “close” button, so you need to swipe to the left to find the options, and then double, tapping them should work

It seems to be sporadic.

Use BaconReader.

Yes, but it would be ridiculous I’f it didn’t work.
