What do you mean? I am blind and sign language wouldn't help me.

I am kind of hoping english isn't your first language. You are thinking of being deaf, not blind.

I use my ears. Blind means I can't see.

Blind people can use their ears to hear the words coming out of the mouths of other people.

But there are two methods to understanding sign language if you can't see it. One is called hand-over-hand, where you put your hands over someone signing, and feel the shapes. The other is tactile fingerspelling, where someone spells out the words by each letter on the person's hand. Those two methods are common for people with deafblindness.

Are you joking? Blind people can hear.

Blind people generally don't use sign language unless they also have a hearing impairment, in which case many people use modified forms of sign language so that they can receive the input tactilely.
