Any tips or tricks to put the right amount of toothpaste on the toothbrush? (self.Blind)

Squirt the toothpaste directly into your mouth. Way easier!

For real?
GTbuddha 2 points 3y ago
Yes. You never drip toothpaste and you always know how much toothpaste you have dispensed.

I just squirt it onto my finger so I know how much has came out and then put it in my mouth.

I never thought about it, but will try tonight :)

Have you tried the kind with a pump on it? I am not totally blind, but that's what I would go for. The first few times would be figuring out how much comes out when you push down a little or a lot, and then you'd get a feel for how hard you need to push down moving forward.

I've never seen that kind before, but I live in a rural village, sounds like a liquid soap dispenser

The pump style most commonly kid's toothpaste, but I find that preferable anyhow because the flavor is usually not so bad. I don't know if you can do links here, but I found an adult Colgate pump style on Amazon, though it's probably cheaper in stores. $1

Thanks :)

I’ve put my finger over where I am putting the toothpaste so I can feel the right amount

I think this is the best answer so far~

When holding the toothbrush, put one finger on each side of the bristles (like you are pinching it, but pinch above the bristles). When you add toothpaste, you can feel how much comes out.

I assumed everyone had their own toothpaste, didn't think they would share it with their friends, I'm talking about the visually disabled of course :)

I have a cup of toothpaste that I dip my brush in every morning and night
Lightxd [OP] 3 points 3y ago
And doesn't it get stale? I thought it comes in a tube because it can't be out in the open otherwise it could go bad
msimmons024 1 points 3y ago
Yeah it gets stale but idc
bradley22 1 points 3y ago
I put a little bit by using the tube but sometimes I put to much.

Practise makes perfect.

Don’t forget to brush your teeth everyone.
Lightxd [OP] 1 points 3y ago
the thing is there's no way of knowing when just a little comes out
bradley22 1 points 3y ago
There is, you can feel it.
