Can we apply self driving car technology to a portable device that'll help guide the blind by creating maps and detecting things with implanted audio?(self.Blind)

I'm pretty confident it will be possible for us blindies to drive one some day. Most new models already have a self-driving feature which is pretty good on the high way around the city etc. Give it time

The only thing is how we go about getting a license? Here’s hoping there won’t be any discrimination or anything...

Do you have 40 million cash burning a hole in your pocket?

Have you researched what apps like Soundscape and Blindsquare already do?
Then there are "smartcanes". Just search for "smart canes for the blind"

Gps apps are a thing dude. Or guide dogs. Or some combination. I personally just prefer a white stick of graphite, and my own sense of direction though..
