You have some spelling mistakes though, especially near the start of the part where he's talking about contacting B&M.

I've not had any problems with boots. I'm completely blind and have found the staff to be very helpful. waitrose and places like that can be a little anoying, you have to wait around for someone to help you, but that's not the fault of the staff, although I do wish they'd have robots or something to help you out a lot quicker.
