If you have amazon Alexa, there are several skills that do this

Thank you, but I do not have Alexa.

You can use the Alexa app on your phone, too.

hi. there is also an app called "movewith". it is free and there are no subscriptions or anything like that. it has audio workouts. the trainers explain every step and you have music too. it also tells you the exercises in the workout description i think.

You can try our free fitness app: $1

How it works: You pick your options such as duration, level, body area, and training style, and the algorithm designs the workout for you in a few seconds. The whole workout, including the audio, is unique every time. In total, our algorithm can create more than 15,000 different workouts.

EDIT: To clarify, the app and most options are free, so you can get thousands of free videos. For more advanced options like workout with "No repeated exercises", Anti-stress workouts and so on, you can subscribe for 1.99 per month.

Do you have an Andriod version?
bluediavolo 2 points 3y ago
Hi,

We do but we've had issues with the audio there, so we've pulled it out of the store temporarily. I'll let you know when it's available again!

How much is the 'monthly pass'? I know the download is free... its the rest I want to be fully informed about.
bluediavolo 1 points 3y ago
Hi,

You don't need the monthly pass to use the workouts. Most options are completely free, it's only for some of the advanced options like "no-repeat exercises" and some training styles like "Anti-stress" etc.

If you'd like to have all the paid options too, it's 1.99 USD per month (or the equivalent in your country).
We're planning to add a cheaper annual subscription too, it's in the works.

SF Lighthouse for the Blind is doing a lot of free or donation-based audio-described fitness and meditation stuff right now, and you can find it at their website. You can even sign up for a newsletter specifically about their wellness activities. They also plug a personal trainer on Facebook who does audio-described workouts. And I have found their wellness lead, Amber, to be very responsive if you want more personalized information.
