Use porn and maybe supplement a female character in a book or a crush or something in place of whoever's in the video. Maybe a little more imagination is required than if you're sighted, but it's generally not a problem. I've gotten off with nothing but my imagination before.

I technically have some vision, but I've never really been able to see what people look like, especially faces and facial expressions, so vision really doesn't play much of a part in it. It's more than just sounds really. It's embodying the process.
Just think of your hand hovering above a nice pair of tits and what you'd love to do to them, or think about spanking that nice ass. Would you use your hand, a paddle, or something else? Just sort of stop and think about all of your other senses and how they enter the picture.
