I am in the US and wonder what most of you think is the most accessible job search site? I usually find flex jobs to fit that description but it’s a topic that I haven’t seen mentioned on here directly before and I thought it might be helpful information for those looking for employment.

I don’t know about flex jobs, and it sounds really cool except apparently I have to subscribe and pay to try it? Is this right?

Unfortunately yes but I do understand their reasoning. With all of the work at home scams that exist they vet each company that posts a job.

Have you found work on it? Do we know if these employers hire blind folk?

It’s just like anything else some do. I mean Hilton Hotels is one of their regular posters you get a lot of corporations. There are job postings for everything from telemarketer to programmer to personal assistant to book keeper and I could go on and on. You’re looking at something the size of Indeed if not bigger.

Fascinating. I didn’t realize it was that big. Well we might just give this a try, because this might be a good solution for us. They have jobs in Canada through I see, so that’s good.

Ah ok that makes sense. I get that.

I really don't have any issues with Indeed and LinkedIn. ZipRecruiter's app is terrible but the web interface works fine. FlexJobs I've never heard of. Will check them out in my next job hunt

I think a lot of my love for flex jobs is that it is exactly what it sounds like. Flexible. I like working from home.
