Hi all,
I work for an innovation consulting firm and we're looking to survey people who are legally blind or visually impaired for feedback on a new product we're building. There will be some screener questions (see link) followed by a 45 minute interview if you are selected. For those who participate in our study, you will be compensated with a $50 Amazon gift card.

Yeah, I don't know. Looks weird. You need to log into your Google account to use it.

Hi there! I created the form through Google forms so that's why it requires you to login in with your Google account.
